By accessing or using VideoStitch ("the App," "we," "our," or "us"), operated by Worldwide Web Programmers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
VideoStitch is a free, client-side web application that allows users to combine two video files into a single output video. The App uses FFmpeg compiled to WebAssembly (WASM) and processes all video files entirely within your browser. No video files are uploaded to any server.

You may use VideoStitch for personal, non-commercial, or commercial video editing purposes, subject to these Terms. You are solely responsible for the video content you process using the App.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others.
Because VideoStitch is a 100% client-side application, all video files, audio files, and images you use remain on your device. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to any of your media files.
You retain full ownership of all content you create with the App. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any video, audio, or image content you upload to the App, including compliance with applicable copyright laws.
You agree not to use VideoStitch to process or create content that:
VideoStitch is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Video rendering quality and performance depend on your device hardware and browser capabilities.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Worldwide Web Programmers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of VideoStitch.
The VideoStitch application, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Worldwide Web Programmers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
VideoStitch uses FFmpeg, which is licensed under the LGPL/GPL. The FFmpeg license does not affect the content you create with the App. All other third-party libraries used are subject to their respective open-source licenses.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
